  1.  Visit our website at
  2. Click on New User to register and verify email.
    Note: Once you have verified your email, you will have 30 days to complete the application for permanent access
  3.  Once you account has been verified, login to your New User Account.
  4. Then click your User Name (in purple border) in the upper right hand corner.
  5. Click on iRecorderWeb Notification Service Settings, follow the Notification Service Directions.
  6. In the event a document is recorded in the Lincoln County Recorder of Deeds’ Office with a matching name, a notification will be sent to the verified email address.
